Decree of the Government of Moscow of November 15, 2022 N 2466-PP amended the Decree of the Government of Moscow of December 29, 2014 N 833-PP "On establishing the minimum contribution for the overhaul of common property in apartment buildings in the city of Moscow", in accordance with which, from January 1, 2023, set the minimum contribution for major repairs in the amount of 24.09 rubles per square meter of the total area of residential (non-residential) premises in an apartment building per month.
